From the Director 32 Years U.S. Army DCJS Certified Instructor Former U.S. Army, FEMA & BOCES Instructor Greetings, My dedication to the Security Guards Training School and its mission is deeply rooted in my thirty-two years of service with the United States Army. Supported by the Department of Criminal Justice Services, I am privileged to further strengthen the institution's values and its important contributions to national security. Orion Security Guard Training School was established with a clear purpose: to empower and uplift our local community. I find tremendous fulfillment in teaching and sharing my knowledge, knowing that together we are fostering a safer and more resilient environment. In addition to being a Certified Instructor with the Department of Criminal Justice Services, my experience as a former instructor for the United States Army, FEMA, and BOCES has provided me with a robust foundation for leadership within the security industry. These diverse roles have enabled me to develop extensive expertise that is essential for guiding and inspiring students in this field. |
